Ephesians 2:8-9
You know, the Bible teaches that we are “by grace through faith. That it is not of ourselves. It is a gift of God, not by our good works.”

Do you mind if I share with you what GRACE stands for?

G is for God

Grace begins with God. God is the creator of all things, and all things were created for His glory!
Colossians 1:16
God created people uniquely in His image.
Genesis 1:27

He created us in His image with a mind, a will, and emotions so that we could live in a Relationship with Him!
Do you believe in God?

R is for Relationship

God loves us and desires a relationship with us!
1 John 1:12
Our greatest fulfillment in life comes through the
Relationship with God that we were created for.
John 10:10b
That relationship with God begins on earth, but it continues in heaven forever!

Do you desire to be in a right relationship with God and live forever in heaven with Him?

A is for Agree

We must agree with God that…

The word the Bible uses for agreeing with God is Confess. 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins…”

Why is God able to forgive our sins and allow us to have a relationship with Him and a home in heaven?

C is for Christ

It is because of Christ! The Bible says…

Jesus, the Son of God, died on the cross for our sins.
Do you believe this?

E is for Embrace

We must Embrace Christ, the forgiveness of sin, and
New life in Him by Faith, trusting in Him to save us.

  • Review John 3:16 “whosoever believes…”
  • Review John 1:12 “as many as received…”A child trusting a parent to catch them.

Illistration: A chile trusting a partent to catch them.

Would you like to embrace Christ and new life in Him by trusting in Him as your Lord and Savior today?

Romans 10:13 says, “for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

There is no magical prayer that saves, only Jesus. But you can call on Jesus and express your faith in Him in the words of a sincere prayer like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know that You created me to glorify You and live in relationship with You. I also agree that my sins have separated me from You. But I believe that You died for my sin on the cross. I believe you rose again to give me life, abundant life on earth and eternal life that continues in heaven with You forever! I ask You to forgive my sin and make me a child of God today. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me by your Grace!”
