Christmas satisfies a hunger deep within every human being. No, we’re not speaking of how we gorge ourselves at Grandma’s house, or even the wonderful way churches and other organizations seize the holiday moment to feed the physical hunger experienced by many around us. The greatest hunger is not physical. It is the spiritual hunger of the soul, the human conditions cry for hope. Whether people recognize the source of the hunger or not, this world is starving for hope – hope for a better life, a genuine salvation from the fallen sinful condition, a better tomorrow, or a secured eternal destination. Christmas reminds us that Hope stepped out of eternity and into our world, our time, our neighborhood! Please join us on Sundays in December as we celebrate this HOPE we have in our Savior, Jesus Christ!
